I’d like to invite you to visit our booth at the Air & Waste Management Association’s 99th Annual Conference & Exhibition in New Orleans. This year’s Exhibition runs from June 20-23, 2006.

Plan to visit us in booth # 327. This year, we will showcase the Sherlock, our infrared gas imaging product that allows for the visualization and quantification of otherwise invisible and harmful gases that can cause both severe damage to the environment, and catastrophic explosions at oil, gas, chemical and power plants. GIT’s is the only system capable of remote imaging, analysis and quantification of a range of gases, such as explosive volatile organic compounds, greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide, methane and sulfurhexafluoride. The Sherlock can be used for a wide variety of applications, including detecting biological weapons, weapons of mass destruction (WMD) and many other applications in support of homeland security efforts.

The LWIR version will be released in Sept., 2004.

This is what you see when you look through the Sherlock at a gas leak. Those gases are invisible to the naked eye, but they are very harmful to people. However, as you can see, they are very easy for the Sherlock to see, which means you can fix chemical leaks very quickly at your facilities before they turn into major life-threatening disasters.
